Mark Mobius, president of the Templeton Emerging Markets Fund, Inc., predicts the strong rally in share prices on the world’s emerging stock markets will continue.

In an interview with Telegraph TV the Singapore-based Mark Mobius said: “Money supply is growing at a rapid pace globally and there’s a lot of money coming in to be invested…Derivatives are not dead. There’s $600 trillion dollars worth of derivatives out there.”

However, Mobius recommends that investors be cautious, take a five year investment view and be prepared for extreme volatility during that period.”As you know, there are always corrections in a bull market. And the corrections can be very violent, and big….if you think that you’re gonna catch it” he said, “forget it, because these things move very, very fast.”
