Fox Business Network’s Charlie Gasparino reports that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is gearing up to make “another wave of arrest and indictments” in their insider trading probe. Gasparino said these arrests could come “as early as next week.”

“Sources are telling the FOX Business Network there is an enormous amount of activity that looks like its heading up for another round of people being brought in. Attorneys representing people that are targeted by the government in its massive insider trading probe are bracing for another wave of arrest and indictments. Those indictments and arrests, according to a source close to the investigation, could come as early as next week. So far it is focused on lower tier people, the people in those expert networks that allegedly passed on the inside information.”
