SIRIUS Canada and XM Canada announce merger agreement to combine the companies in an all-stock merger of equals with a combined enterprise value of approximately $520 million. Sirius XM Radio (SIRI) will have 25% voting interest and 37.1% equity interest, with the remainder being widely held.
