Shares of 3M Company (MMM) are higher by more than 2% to $141.20 in pre-market trading on Tuesday after the company beat the street’s estimates and reaffirmed its FY/16 guidance.
3M’s Q4 EPS came in at $1.80, compared to the consensus estimate of $1.62. Revenues fell 5.5% from last year to $7.30 billion. Analysts expected revenues of $7.21 billion. For FY/16, MMM provided EPS guidance of $8.10-8.45 versus consensus of $8.22 per share.

Shares of Centene Corp (CNC) are down 1.86% this morning on news the company is missing six hard drives containing personal data of about 950,000 clients. The hard drives do not include any financial or payment details of the customers, the health insurer said.

Shares of Lululemon Athletica Inc. (LULU) are up nearly 2% this morning after hedge fund Lone Pine Capital announced it has taken a 5% stake in the yoga wear maker.

SunEdison, Inc. (SUNE) – David Einhorn’s hedge fund Greenlight Capital discloses increased 7.8% active stake in the renewable energy development firm. Einhorn had a 6.8% stake in the co. as of Jan. 15.
Shares of SunEdison, valued at about $862 million, rose 2.57% in pre-market trading on Tuesday.
