Notable Downgrades: Akamai (AKAM), JetBlue (JBLU), Five Below (FIVE), Marvell Technology (MRVL), GrubHub (GRUB)

Analysts at Craig Hallum downgraded Akamai Technologies, Inc. (AKAM) from ‘Buy’ to ‘Hold’ in a research report issued to clients on Wednesday. The name was also downgraded at JP Morgan (JPM), Cowen and Canaccord Genuity following fiscal 2015 third-quarter results.

On valuation measures, Akamai Technologies Inc. stock it’s trading at a forward P/E multiple of 21.76x, and at a multiple of 33.46x this year’s estimated earnings. The t-12-month revenue at Akamai is $2.10 billion. AKAM ‘s ROE for the same period is 11.45%.

Shares of the $11.00 billion market cap company are up 36.64% year-over-year and 20% year-to-date.

Akamai Technologies Inc., currently with a median Wall Street price target of $75 and a high target of $91, dropped $13.98 to $61.57 in recent trading.

JetBlue Airways Corporation (JBLU) was downgraded from ‘Outperform’ to ‘Neutral’ and the price target was cut to $28 from $32 at Credit Suisse.

JetBlue Airways Corp. shares are currently changing hands at 18.46x this year’s forecasted earnings, compared to the industry’s 10.52x earnings multiple. Ticker has a t-12 price/sales ratio of 1.31. EPS for the same period registers at $1.34.

Shares of JBLU have lost $0.72 to $24.65 in mid-day trading on Wednesday, giving it a market cap of $7.77 billion. The stock traded as high as $27.36 in Sept. 17, 2015.

Goldman Sachs (GS) reported on Wednesday that they have lowered their rating for Five Below, Inc. (FIVE). The firm has downgraded FIVE from ‘Neutral’ to ‘Sell’.

Five Below Inc. recently traded at $32.09, a loss of $2.36 over Tuesday’s closing price. The name has a current market capitalization of $1.75 billion.

Marvell Technology Group Ltd. (MRVL) had its rating lowered from ‘Neutral’ to ‘Sell’ by analysts at Citigroup (C) on Wednesday.

MRVL was up $0.21 at $8.26 in mid-day trade, moving within a 52-week range of $7.55 to $16.78. The name, valued at $4.28 billion, opened at $7.80.

On valuation measures, Marvell Technology Group Ltd. shares have a t-12 price/sales ratio of 1.29. EPS for the same period registers at ($0.33). Currently there are 4 analysts that rate MRVL a ‘Buy’, 1 analyst rates it a ‘Sell’, and 23 rate it a ‘Hold’.

As for passive income investors, the co. pays stockholders $0.24 per share annually in dividends, yielding 2.51%.

GrubHub Inc. (GRUB) was downgraded by Susquehanna from a ‘Positive’ rating to a ‘Neutral’ rating in a research report issued to clients on Wednesday. They currently have a price objective on the stock, 0 points up from their previous price target of .

GRUB closed at $24.49 on Tuesday and is currently trading down $0.36.

In the past 52 weeks, shares of the company have traded between a low of $22.49 and a high of $47.95 and are now trading at $24.13. Shares are down 32.85% year-over-year ; down 32.57% year-to-date.
