Heron Therapeutics, Inc. (HRTX) was reiterated a ‘Buy’ by Jefferies analysts on Wednesday. The broker also raised its price target on the stock to $58 from $47.

Analysts at Credit Agricole are out with a report this morning upgrading shares of Baidu, Inc. (BIDU) with a ‘Buy’ from ‘Underperform’ rating.

On valuation measures, Baidu Inc. ADR shares are currently priced at 22.88x this year’s forecasted earnings, compared to the industry’s 13.24x earnings multiple. Ticker has a forward P/E of 2.91 and t-12 price-to-sales ratio of 5.36. EPS for the same period is $5.81.

In the past 52 weeks, shares of Beijing, China-based company have traded between a low of $100 and a high of $251.99 and are now at $132.87.

Shares are down 36.65% year-over-year and 40.29% year-to-date.

Intel Corporation (INTC) was raised to ‘Market Perform’ from ‘Underperform’ at Bernstein on Wednesday. The firm cites signals of a better outlook for the PC market as the basis for its upgrade.

INTC is up $0.11 at $28.78 on normal volume. Midway through trading Wednesday, 13.58 million shares of Intel Corp. have exchanged hands as compared to its average daily volume of 34.33 million shares. The stock has ranged in a price between $28.59 to $29.09 after having opened the day at $29.09 as compared to the previous trading day’s close of $28.67.

In the past 52 weeks, shares of Santa Clara, California-based company have traded between a low of $24.87 and a high of $37.90.

Shares are down 19.19% since the beginning of the year.

Daktronics Inc. (DAKT) was upgraded to ‘Buy’ from ‘Hold’ by Needham analysts on Wednesday. The broker also set its price target on the stock at $10.

DAKT is currently printing a normal average trading volume with the issue trading 207K shares, compared to the average volume of 311K. The stock began trading this morning at $8.46 to currently trade 2.67% higher from the prior days close of $8.24. On an intraday basis it has gotten as low as $8.44 and as high as $8.85.

On valuation measures, Daktronics Inc. shares are priced at 23.37x this year’s forecasted earnings, compared to the industry’s 9.55x earnings multiple. Skyworks Solutions Inc. (SWKS) had its rating hiked to ‘Strong Buy’ from ‘Buy’ by Charter Equity today.

SWKS shares recently gained $1.55 to $88.25. The stock is up 53.93% year-over-year and has gained roughly 20% year-to-date. In the past 52 weeks, shares of Woburn, Massachusetts-based company have traded between a low of $44.06 and a high of $112.88.

Skyworks Solutions Inc. closed Tuesday at $86.70. The name has a current market cap of $16.83 billion.
