Bloomberg TV Presents ‘Bloomberg Game Changers’

This Thursday, October 7th at 9:00 PM /ET, Bloomberg Television will debut a new original documentary series, “Bloomberg Game Changers,” that offers a compelling look into today’s most influential leaders in technology, finance, politics and culture.

Eleven original episodes (airing now through January 2011) will profile Mark Zuckerberg, Steve Jobs, Google founders Sergey Brin and Larry Page, Jon Stewart, Henry Kravis, Jay-Z, Biz Stone and Evan Williams of Twitter, Larry Ellison, Craig Newmark, Marc Andreessen and Anna Wintour, among others.

“Bloomberg Game Changes” will explore what’s shaped these individuals and their extraordinary rise to the top — telling the story through rarely seen archival videos, photographs and in-depth interviews with people who’ve worked with them, written about them, experts in their brands and the people who crossed career paths for some of the riveting challenges and high points of their careers.

Premiere episode of “Bloomberg Game Changers” tells the story of the rise of Facebook and its controversial founder Mark Zuckeberg. From the birth of Facebook in a Harvard dorm room to the company’s ever-expanding complex in Palo Alto, this 30-minute documentary examines Zuckerberg’s climb from geeky computer science student to CEO.

Episode features in-depth interviews with Harvard classmates Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss and Divya Narenda, who are currently suing Zuckerberg for allegedly  stealing their source code, design and business plan for what later became Facebook.

Additional interviews include Yuri Milner, CEO of Digital Sky Technology; Michael Wolf, former president and COO of MTV and David Kirkpatrick, author of “The Facebook Effect.”
