Shares of Tesla Motors (TSLA) jumped 2.5% to $238 and change in early trading Monday following an upgrade to ‘Buy’ from ‘Hold’ and $333 PT at Argus. The firm believes the electric car maker has made progress in addressing production and cost issues and that it “is poised for a much stronger performance” in FY16.
