Morning Buzz: Apple (AAPL), InterCloud Systems (ICLD), Nobilis Health (HLTH), Titan Pharma (TTNP), SunEdison (SUNE)

Shares of Apple Inc. (AAPL) – The NY Post reports that Cupertino is among a handful of companies, all possible suitors of Time Warner (TWX) should it decide to pursue a split or sale. The publication said Apple’s interest stems from the possibility of the entertainment firm launching a stand-alone streaming TV service.

Shares of InterCloud Systems, Inc. (ICLD) are spiking by nearly 54% to $1.00 in morning trading on Wednesday after the company disclosed a letter to its shareholder, saying it expects continued growth in FY2016. The CEO in his letter also detailed that in Q4 he purchased $100,000 worth of stock at $1.26 per share.

Shares of Nobilis Health Corp. (HLTH) are up 25% to $2.99 after the company released its earnings results on Wednesday. The firm reported Q3’15 EPS of $0.14 per share, vs. $0.04 consensus. Revs came in at $52.5 million, an increase of more than 205% year-over-year.

Titan Pharmaceuticals Inc. (TTNP) – Titan and partner Braeburn Pharmaceuticals announce that they have received FDA recommendation for Probuphin, first 6 month implant to treat opioid addiction.

Titan shares climbed 6.00% to $3.18 in morning trading.

SunEdison, Inc. (SUNE) shares declined 10.10% to $2.71 in early trading following a CNBC report that said David Tepper is suing the company over the acquisition of Vivant Solar (VSLR). Vivint is the second-biggest U.S. solar panel installer. The co. is currently controlled by Blackstone Group (BX).
