Tiger’s Ex Buys $12 million Florida Mansion

Tiger Wood’s ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, is the new owner of a $12.2 million beach-front mansion in the exclusive enclave of Semminole Landing near North Palm Beach (Fla.), just 10 miles from Tiger’ new place on Jupiter Island (for which he reportedly paid $60 million after renovations), records in Palm Beach County said.

Nordegren’s new place — which boasts eight bathrooms, a 4,700-square-foot basement and over 17,000 square feet of living space — was bought in February through one of her divorce lawyers, Dennis Belcher, the Huffington Post reported Saturday.

Obviously, Nordegren, a Swedish former model, reportedly receiving $110 million out of her divorce settlement with the Golf pro, moved close to Woods because of their children.

Nordegren’s new home (you can get an idea of the neighborhood by clicking here) is next door to the home of coal tycoon Christopher Cline, owner of Cline Resource and Development Co., and in the same neighborhood as former New York Giants star Tucker Fredrickson.
