Dell (DELL) Proposes SEC Probe Settlement

Dell Inc. (DELL) proposed a settlement with the SEC over a long-running investigation of the company’s accounting, and adjourned its annual shareholders meeting on Friday. In June, the computer maker said it has established a $100 million reserve for a potential settlement with regulator – Reuters
