U.S. mortgage applications rose 3.9% last week, reflecting a jump in demand for home refinancing loans as interest rates reached their lowest level (dropping below 5% on U.S. 30-year FRM) since mid-March, data from the Mortgage Bankers Association showed on Wednesday – Reuters
