Flamel Technologies SA (FLML) was reiterated as ‘Buy’ with a $21 from $17 price target on Thursday by ROTH Capital.

FLML shares recently gained $0.24 to $17.11. In the past 52 weeks, shares of the specialty pharmaceutical firm have traded between a low of $9.30 and a high of $19.50. Shares are up 27.90% year-over-year ; down 1.52% year-to-date.

Ann Inc. (ANN) rating of ‘Neutral’ was reiterated today at Nomura with a price target increase of $40 from $36 (versus a $41.06 previous close).

Ann Inc, currently valued at $1.86 billion, has a median Wall Street price target of $40.50 with a high target of $48.00. Approximately 366K shares have already changed hands, compared to the stock’s average daily volume of 702K.

In the past 52 weeks, shares of the New York-based retailer have traded between a low of $31.69 and a high of $43.61 with the 50-day MA and 200-day MA located at $36.14 and $37.52 levels, respectively. Additionally, shares of ANN trade at a P/E ratio of 1.73 and have a Relative Strength Index (RSI) and MACD indicator of 73.88 and +2.86, respectively.

Shares of Microsemi Corporation (MSCC) are up $1.58 to $36.26 in mid-day trading after Stifel reiterated its ‘Buy’ rating and increased its 12-month base case estimate on the name by 5 points to $40 a share.

MSCC shares recently gained $1.60 to $36.28. The stock is up more than 34% year-over-year and has gained roughly 22.20% year-to-date. In the past 52 weeks, shares of Aliso Viejo, California-based company have traded between a low of $20.61 and a high of $36.80.

Microsemi Corporation closed Wednesday at $34.68. The name has a total market cap of $3.45 billion.
