Citigroup (C) today declared a quarterly dividend on the co.’s common stock of $0.01 per share, payable on Friday, June 17, 2011 to stockholders of record on Friday, May 27, 2011. On March 21, 2011, Citi announced that it intended to reinstate a quarterly dividend of $0.01 per common share in the second quarter of 2011, following the effective date of the 1-for-10 reverse stock split of Citigroup stock. The split, which took effect on Monday, shrank Citi’s share count to about 2.9 billion from 29 billion.
