Steve Cohen Confident He is Not Going to Be Indicted for Insider Trading

Charlie Gasparino reports that hedge fund manager and founder of SAC Capital Steven Cohen is “not distracted” by the Justice Department’s “intensifying probe” into the company on allegations of insider-trading. Gasparino reports that Cohen feels “pretty confident” that he will not be indicted and thus is operating under his normal schedule. Excerpt from the report ; courtesy of Fox Business Network.

On SAC Capital founder Steven Cohen:
“Sources are telling the FOX Business Network that he is essentially brushing off the intensifying probe of SAC Capital. He is “not distracted” by this probe. For all intents and purposes, he feels pretty confident about his chances. Cohen is keeping his schedule and giving a speech tomorrow at a high profile hedge fund conference in Las Vegas.”
