Turkey to Delay Nuclear Plant Talks with Japan

Turkish Energy Minister Taner Yildiz said Sunday Ankara is allowing a delay in negotiations on plans for Japan to build a nuclear power plant in Turkey as Tokyo grapples with the aftermath of last month’s massive earthquake and tsunami, the Anatolia news agency reported. – Kyodo News
