French Court Convicts 2 Former Execs in Vivendi Case

Two former executives at Vivendi Universal, Jean-Marie Messier and Edgar M. Bronfman Jr., were found guilty by a Paris court on Friday of charges related their tenure at the top of the French conglomerate. Both were fined and received suspended sentences. – The NYT
