S&P Raises China’s Debt Rating

Standard & Poor’s raised China’s long-term sovereign credit ratings to AA- from A+ Thursday, citing the country’s strong foreign reserves and fiscal position. The rating agency also affirmed its short-term ratings at A-1+; the outlook is stable. – CNBC
