JPMorgan Countersues Lehman Over $70B in Post-Bankruptcy Loans

JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPM) countersued Lehman Brothers Holding Inc (LEHMQ), accusing the bankrupt investment bank of sticking it with tens of billions of dollars of loans that might never be repaid. JPMorgan said it had lent the unit more than $70 billion on September 18, 2008, three days after Lehman’s record bankruptcy. – Reuters
