AOL, Inc. Agrees to Acquire TechCrunch

AOL, Inc. (AOL) Tuesday said it agreed to acquire Michael Arrington’s TechCrunch, Inc. TechCrunch is a weblog dedicated to profiling and reviewing new Internet products and companies.
