Bloomberg reports that Oracle Corporation (ORCL) has filed a lawsuit against Micron Technology (MU), alleging it overcharged Sun Microsystems Inc., which Oracle acquired in April of last year for $9.50 per share, by maintaining a conspiracy to fix prices for computer memory chips.
Shares of Oracle rose 11 cents, or 0.41%, at last check to $27.07, while shares of Micron fell 7 cents, or 0.96%, to $7.13.
