30-Year FRM Rises for First Time Since Mid-June

After weeks of falling, the average interest rate on a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage [FRM] rose slightly this week. The rate on a 30-year FRM averaged 4.35% for the week ending Sept. 9, up from 4.32% last week. It averaged 5.07% a year ago. – MW
