Analysts at Canaccord Genuity downgraded Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc. (VRX) from ‘Buy’ to ‘Hold’ in a research report issued to clients on Wednesday. The target price for VRX is lowered from $125 to $75. The broker said the cut is based on growing uncertainty around the multitude of investigations, as well as the company’s decreasing reliance on fundamentals.
Shares of the $22.99 billion market cap company are down 67.81% year-over-year and 35.61% year-to-date.
Valeant Pharmaceuticals, currently with a median Wall Street price target of $133, rose $1.92 to $67.372 in recent trading.

Dollar Tree, Inc. (DLTR) was downgraded from ‘Strong Buy’ to ‘Market Perform’ with a $95 price target at Raymond James.
Shares have traded today between $77.90 and $81.54 with the price of the stock fluctuating between $60.31 to $84.22 over the last 52 weeks.
Shares of Dollar Tree have lost $3.42 to $78.61 in late morning trading on Wednesday, giving it a market cap of roughly $18.5 billion. The stock traded as high as $84.22 in March 20, 2015.

SNDK closed at $74.08 on Tuesday and is currently trading up $0.76.
