Morning Buzz: Netflix (NFLX), CyberArk Software (CYBR), Gilead Sciences (GILD), Capnia (CAPN), FXCM Inc. (FXCM)

Shares of Netflix, Inc. (NFLX) are lower by 1.85% to $96.02 in morning trading on Wednesday following a WSJ report that says the video streaming giant has been blocked in Indonesia by its largest telecom provider.

CyberArk Software (CYBR) – Reuters reports comments from CyberArk’s CEO Udi Mokady who stated his company is focused on growing independently. The statement comes two weeks after reports of Check Point Software Technologies (CHKP) being in talks to acquire CyberArk.

Shares of Gilead Sciences Inc. (GILD) are down 1.75% to $90.60 in early trading following a Boston Globe article stating that the state Attorney General is warning Gilead it faces possible legal action unless it lowers the price of two popular hepatitis C medicines.

Capnia, Inc. (CAPN) shares are up more than 19% to $1.54 in early trade after the co. announced an exclusive distribution agreement with Bemes. The move comes on a big volume too with the issue currently trading more than 980K shares, compared to the average daily volume of 86K shares.

Shares of FXCM Inc. (FXCM) are up $1.64, or 14.90%, at $12.65, after the company announced that its board of directors has voted to extend and amend the terms of the company’s stockholder rights plan.
