Ocera Therapeutics, Inc. (OCRX) is a big mover this session, as its shares are up nearly 20%. The surge came after the biopharmaceutical company focused on acute and chronic orphan liver diseases announced positive phase 1 results for Oral OCR-002 in development for the prevention of chronic hepatic encephalopathy.
OCRX’s trading volume jumped on the news with the issue currently trading more than 2.8 million shares, compared to the average volume of 50K.

Shares of Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (WMT) rallied $2.46 to $60.33 after the retail giant released its earnings results on Tuesday. The firm reported Q3’15 EPS of $0.99 per share vs. $0.98 consensus on $116.60 billion in revenue. For the current quarter, WMT provided EPS guidance of $1.40 – $1.55 versus consensus of $1.42 per share.

Angie’s List, Inc. (ANGI) — The consumer review website operator rejected a $512 million takeover proposal from Internet company IAC/InterActiveCorp (IACI), saying it “dramatically undervalues” the company.
Shares of Angie’s List fell almost 2% in morning trading Tuesday.
