Notable Downgrades: Tetraphase Pharma (TTPH), Flexion (FLXN), Yahoo (YHOO), Dish Network (DISH), SanDisk (SNDK)

Analysts at Robert W. Baird downgraded Tetraphase Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (TTPH) from ‘Outperform’ to ‘Neutral’ in a research report issued to clients on Wednesday.

The target price for TTPH is lowered from $41 to $10.

On valuation measures, the trailing-twelve-month revenue at Tetraphase Pharmaceuticals Inc. is $11.73 million. TTPH ‘s ROE for the same period is (55.96%). Shares of the $349.27 million market cap company are up 186.68% year-over-year and 12.77% year-to-date.

Tetraphase Pharmaceuticals., currently with a median Wall Street price target of $54.00 and a high target of $60.00, dropped $35.19 to $9.59 in recent trading.

Flexion Therapeutics, Inc. (FLXN) was reiterated a ‘Buy’ by Needham analysts on Wednesday. The broker also cut its price target on the stock to $28 from $31.

Shares Flexion have traded today between $18.10 and $22.28 with the price of the stock fluctuating between $14.50 to $30.37 over the last 52 weeks.

Yahoo! Inc. (YHOO) rating of ‘Buy’ was reiterated today at Axiom Capital with a price target decrease of $37 from $49 (versus a $30.90 previous close). The internet giant saw its price target also lowered to $43 from $48 at Mizuho, and to $44 from $51 at JP Morgan (JPM).

Yahoo! Inc. recently traded at $31.40, a gain of $0.50 over Tuesday’s closing price. The name has a current market capitalization of $29.56 billion.

Shares of Dish Network Corp. (DISH) are down $0.88 to $59.67 in mid-day trading. Wunderlich reiterated its ‘Sell’ rating and lowered its 12-month base case estimate on the name by 17 points to $48 a share.

SanDisk Corp. (SNDK) was reiterated as ‘Neutral’ with a price target decrease of $60 from $74 at Mizuho. Firm believes near-term, while NAND flash memory channel and OEM inventory are more inline heading into the peak holiday build season, the only real growth driver in NAND is SSD.

SNDK closed at $55.85 on Tuesday and is currently trading down $0.96.

In the past 52 weeks, shares of Milpitas, California-based flash memory storage devices and software developer have traded between a low of $44.28 and a high of $106.64 and are now trading at $54.89.

Shares are down 43.15% year-over-year and 42.24% year-to-date.
