Switzerland Court Rules Against Google’s Street View Case

Switzerland’s top administrative court backed the Swiss privacy watchdog and ruled against Google Inc.’s (GOOG) Street View map service in Switzerland, saying the service infringes privacy in a March 30 ruling made public Monday. Google, which had argued that the privacy watchdog’s demands such as for faces to be manually blurred out were both financially and logistically unfeasible, voiced disappointment with the Swiss court ruling. – The WSJ
