Wells Fargo & Company (WFC) had its rating hiked to ‘Buy’ from ‘Hold’ by Sandler O’Neill today.

WFC shares recently gained $0.66 to $51.65. The stock is up 1.52% year-over-year and has lost more than 5% year-to-date. In the past 52 weeks, shares of San Francisco, California-based banking giant have traded between a low of $46.44 and a high of $58.77.

Wells Fargo & Co. closed Tuesday at $50.99. The name has a total market cap of $265.14 billion.
