Notable Downgrades: Akamai Technologies (AKAM), Citrix Systems (CTXS), Southwest Airlines (LUV)

Citrix Systems Inc. shares are currently changing hands at 47.44x this year’s forecasted earnings, compared to the industry’s 16.32x earnings multiple. Ticker has a t-12 price/sales ratio of 3.35. EPS for the same period registers at $1.36.

Shares of CTXS have lost $1.38 to $64.61 in midday trading on Tuesday, giving it a market cap of $10.36 billion. The stock traded as high as $72.89 in September 18, 2014.

Southwest Airlines Co. (LUV) rating of ‘Outperform’ was reiterated today at Cowen with a price target cut of $45 from $55 (versus a $36.11 previous close). Right now, the stock is sitting at $34.29, a 5.04% loss, and is 14.38% lower year-to-date compared with a 6.59% gain in the S&P 500.

LUV closed Monday at $36.11. The company has a current market cap of 22.92 billion.
