Moody’s Investors Service on Thursday upgraded/downgraded its ratings on the following companies:
– Moody’s upgraded Jo-Ann Store’s (NYSE:JAS) probability of default rating and corporate family rating to B1 from B2. The company’s senior subordinated notes was also upgraded to B2 from B3.
– Moody’s raised Ford‘s (NYSE:F) corporate family rating by two notches to Caa1 from Caa3, and also raised the company’s Speculative Grade Liquidity rating to SGL-3 from SGL-4. The rating outlook was changed to stable from negative.
– Moody’s Investors Service upgraded Cott Corporation‘s (NYSE:COT) Corporate family rating and Probability of default rating to B3 from Caa1. The credit agency also today upgraded the co.’s rating on the $275 million senior sub notes due 2011 to Caa1 from Caa2.
– Moody’s lowered the long and short-term issuer ratings of Deutsche Lufthansa AG to Ba1/Not-prime from Baa3/Prime-3.
