Stocks to Watch: DCTH, DNDN, FORM, TSN, ZLCS, ZNGA

Tyson Foods, Inc. (NYSE:TSN) is a potential breakout stock to watch today. All three major short-term moving averages are rising and the stock is trading above them. The bulls are in control but volumes are drifting down as the stock is moving up, which is generally a concern. Daily technical indicators are all bullish. The MACD is positive and above its signal line. RSI is moving sideways below its overbought zone. Keep an eye for a possible breakout over $20.5 on high volume.

Zalicus Inc (NASDAQ:ZLCS) Nice consolidation above the breakout point. All daily technical indicators are bullish. $.83 has to be crossed for continuing this up move.

Shares of FormFactor, Inc.(NASDAQ:FORM) are drying up as the accumulation continues. Daily technical indicators are bullish. The MACD is rising above its signal line and in positive territory. The 20-day SMA is moving up towards the flat 50-day SMA. RSI is above its 65% level and slow stochastic is moving up towards its overbought zone. The short-term bull market is intact. A break above 5.10 opens up a move to next resistance at 5.37

Dendreon Corporation (NASDAQ:DNDN) – The stock finally broke out above the 200-day moving average on heavy volume. Technical indicators are looking bullish. The MACD is rising above its signal line in positive territory. The RSI is about to enter its overbought zone and slow stochastic is moving upwards. If the stock continues moving to the upside, next resistance lies at 6.69, 6.87 and 7.20

Zynga Inc (NASDAQ:ZNGA) is a candidate to be traded in breakout mode. Daily technical indicators are looking better for the stock with MACD indicator above its sell signal line in positive territory, %K line on top of %D line and RSI indicator moving up from the 50 level. Upside volume is picking up and a rounding bottom is taking shape. Needs to close above 2.70 resistance with decent volume for breakout confirmation.
