Following last week’s successful launch of its iPhone 5, U.S. carrier T-Mobile has begun airing another TV ad for Apple (AAPL)’s iconic handset.
The new spot features dozens of mousetraps surrounding a couple of iPhone 5 handsets: one representing the binding contracts offered by the competition, and another, free of traps, representing T-Mobile’s new no-contract service strategy that includes unlimited talk and text along with the data, for only $50 a month. As a result T-Mo declares the choice between iPhone carriers to be ‘simple.’
T-Mobile USA became the fourth wireless carriers in the country to have the iPhone, nearly six year after the first edition of the handset made its debut exclusively on AT&T (T).
