Greece’s budget shortfall in 2010 was 10.5% of GDP, considerably bigger than forecast by either the Greek government or European Union regulators, Eurostat, the EU’s official data agency, said Tuesday. Lower-than-expected government cash flow was the primary reason driving the higher deficit number.
