The U.S. economy remains too fragile for the Fed to begin raising interest rates, Fed’s Lockhart, said on Wednesday. Lockhart reiterated that the central bank will complete its $600 bln bond-buying plan as scheduled at the end of June, adding that he not seen sufficiently compelling evidence to cut the program short. – Reuters
