Lloyd Blankfein, chairman and CEO of Goldman Sachs (GS), testified that former bank director Rajiv Gupta had violated Goldman confidentiality policies when he revealed details of its strategic planning discussions to Mr Rajaratnam in a taped phone call in July 2008. – FT
