South Korea’s Financial Services Commission [FSC] said it would suspend some operations of Deutsche Bank‘s (DB) local brokerage unit for six months after it ruled that the bank manipulated the stock market. The FSC said it had also decided to take five Deutsche employees to prosecutors for investigation, as they made $40.1 million of improper profit by manipulating the stock market to make their derivatives positions profitable. – Reuters
