The management of National Fuel Gas Company (NFG) today announced the payment of a regular quarterly dividend of 34.5 cents per share on the company’s common stock.
The Williamsville, New York – based co. said the dividend is payable January 14, 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2010.
National Fuel has paid dividends for 108 consecutive years and has increased its annual dividend for 40 straight years.
At last check, NFG shares were down $0.43 to $64.56, a loss of 0.66%.
