PharmAthene (PIP) just announced that the Delaware Court of Chancery has issued a ruling denying in full SIGA Technologies‘ (SIGA) motion for partial summary judgment in PharmAthene’s breach of contract lawsuit against SIGA. Trial on all counts in PharmAthene’s complaint in this case is set to commence on January 3, 2011.
