LIBOR Rates Rise Again

While benchmark Libor interest rates remain by historical standards at extremely low levels (moving to 0.53625% Tuesday), the fact that the rates banks charge each other have now increased for 11 straight days and are being offered at their highest level since July 2009 ; is contributing to a rethinking that the market is returning to the fragility days seen during the credit crisis.
