Blackstone Group LP (BX), Thomas H. Lee Partners LP and TPG Capital are in talks to pay more than $15 billion including debt for payment processing co. Fidelity National Information Services (FIS). A deal at that price could equate to around $32 a share and could be reached by May 16 if talks don’t collapse, sources with knowledge of the matter told Bloomberg News.
FIS closed on the NYSE on Tuesday at $28.86.
