Reuters reports that former Lehman Brothers (LEHMQ) CEO Richard Fuld will tell U.S. lawmakers on Tuesday that he had “absolutely no recollection whatsoever of hearing anything about Repo 105 transactions” while he was CEO of Lehman.
Fuld will also say in testimony posted on a congressional website ahead of his appearance on Capitol Hill, that he was not aware of these off-balance-sheet transactions that some have blamed for hiding Lehman’s true financial state ahead of its collapse .
