Copper Off Highs as Chile Miners Restart Operations – Copper futures remained higher after a large earthquake rocked Chile, the world’s largest producer of the metal, but prices have eased from highs as miners restart operations and lasting production impacts appear to be limited.
In recent trading, the most-active May copper was up 8 cents, or 2.4%, at $3.3640 a pound on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange – WSJ
