Analyst Downgrades: NXP Semiconductors NV (NXPI), GoPro (GPRO), Jack in the Box (JACK), Suncor Energy (SU), Citrix Systems (CTXS)

Downgrades

NXP Semiconductors NV (NXPI) rating of ‘Outperform’ was reiterated today at FBR Capital with a price target decrease of $105 from $115 (versus a $78.42 previous close).

Shares of NXP Semiconductors are higher by 3.67% to $81.30 in midday trading on Wednesday.

GoPro, Inc. (GPRO) was reiterated as ‘Underweight’ with a $15 from $20 price target on Wednesday by Piper Jaffray.

GPRO is down $1.41 at $19.46 on heavy volume. Midway through trading Wednesday, 13.52 million shares of GoPro Inc. have exchanged hands as compared to its average daily volume of 9.63 million shares.

Jack in the Box Inc. (JACK) was reiterated an ‘Equal Weight’ by Barclays analysts on Wednesday. The broker also cut its price target on the stock to $83 from $93.

Jack in the Box stock was up more than 4 points, or 6 percent, to $74.19 as of 2:15 p.m. ET.

Suncor Energy Inc. (SU) was downgraded by TD Securities from a ‘Buy’ rating to a ‘Hold’ rating in a research report issued to clients on Wednesday.

SU shares have advanced 3.65% in the last 4 weeks and 8.73% in the past three months. Over the past 5 trading sessions the stock has lost 1.73%. The Calgary, Canada-based integrated energy company, which is currently valued at $40.29 billion, has a median Wall Street price target of $32.66 with a high target of $35.69.

Suncor Energy Inc. is down 13.98% year-over-year, compared with a 0.08% gain in the S&P 500.

Citrix Systems, Inc. (CTXS) was downgraded from ‘Buy’ to ‘Neutral’ at Mizuho. Firm believes potential risk to estimates, the spin-off, a CEO transition, and potential disruption from the ongoing restructuring could weigh on the near term stock performance.
