Analysts at Guggenheim downgraded F5 Networks, Inc. (FFIV) from ‘Buy’ to ‘Neutral’ in a research report issued to clients on Tuesday.

On valuation measures, F5 Networks Inc. stock it’s trading at a forward P/E multiple of 15.21x, and at a multiple of 22.72x this year’s estimated earnings. The t-12-month revenue at F5 Networks is $1.88 billion. FFIV ‘s ROE for the same period is 26.54%.

Shares of the $7.95 billion market cap company are down 7.23% year-over-year and 11.24% year-to-date.

F5 Networks Inc., currently with a median Wall Street price target of $132.50 and a high target of $160.00, dropped $3.88 to $111.93 in recent trading.

Atmel Corporation (ATML) was downgraded from ‘Buy’ to ‘Hold’ at Needham following Dialog Semi (DLGNF) $4.6 billion bid.

Shares have traded today between $7.99 and $8.20 with the price of the stock fluctuating between $5.84 to $10.50 over the last 52 weeks.

Atmel Corp. shares are currently changing hands at 100.12x this year’s forecasted earnings, compared to the industry’s 11.61x earnings multiple. Ticker has a t-12 price/sales ratio of 2.55. EPS for the same period registers at $0.08.

Shares of Atmel Corp. have lost $0.18 to $8.01 in mid-day trading on Tuesday, giving it a market cap of roughly $3.35 billion. The stock traded as high as $10.50 in June 22, 2015.

Goldman Sachs (GS) reported on Tuesday that they have lowered their rating for NetApp, Inc. (NTAP). The firm has downgraded NTAP from ‘Neutral’ to ‘Sell’.

NetApp Inc. recently traded at $29.96, a loss of $1.26 over Monday’s closing price. The name has a current market capitalization of $8.84 billion.

As for passive income investors, the company pays shareholders $0.72 per share annually in dividends, yielding 2.30%.

Virgin America Inc. (VA) was downgraded by Raymond James from a ‘Outperform’ rating to a ‘Market Perform’ rating in a research report issued to clients on Tuesday.

VA closed at $36.86 on Monday and is currently trading down $1.18.

In the past 52 weeks, shares of the Burlingame, Calif.-based air travel services provider have traded between a low of $26.50 and a high of $45.43 and are now trading at $35.68.

Shares are down 14.77% since the beginning of the year.
