Visa Inc. (V) is scheduled to report third quarter 2015 earnings after the bell on Thursday, July 23rd. Checking in on the numbers, the Street’s estimates for the quarter reflect an expected profit of $0.58 per share, up from $0.54 in the same quarter last year. Revenue is projected to post a 6.32% year-over-year increase to $3.36 billion from $3.16 billion a year earlier. Meanwhile, EarningsWhisper.com reports a whisper number of $0.60 per share.
As a quick reminder, Visa reported 2Q/15 EPS of $0.63, $0.01 better than the Street’s consensus estimate. Revs jumped nearly 5% yoy to $3.34 billion.
San Francisco, Calif.-based Visa is currently valued at $176.10 billion. Ticker has a median Wall Street price target of $77.50 with a high target of $81.00.
