Sarah Palin is having a hard time selling on the lecture circuit, an industry insider told the New York Post.
“The big lecture buyers in the US are paralyzed with fear about booking her, basically because they think she is a blithering idiot,” the source said. Many big lecture venues are subscription series “and they don’t want to tick people off”…”Palin is so uninteresting to so many groups” the source added, “unless they are interested in moose hunting…What does she have to say? She can’t even describe what she reads.”
Palin’s fee for a recent speech to the CLSA Asia Pacific Markets Forum in Hong Kong was rumored to be in the low six figures. That speech by the way was described by several members of the audience as long, humorless, and uncomfortable. Several others reportedly walked out of Palin’s speech 30 minutes before the end, citing ‘more important things to do’.
Sounds like a Bill Mahur set up article. Notice they don’t give names or organizations.
