Notable Downgrades: Navient (NAVI), Star Bulk Carriers (SBLK), China Mobile (CHL), TCP Int’l Holdings (TCPI), Isis Pharma (ISIS)

Analysts at Barclays downgraded Navient Corporation (NAVI) from ‘Overweight‘ to ‘Equal Weight‘ in a research report issued to clients on Monday.

The target price for NAVI is set at $22 .

China Mobile Ltd. recently traded at $67.36, a loss of $0.39 over Friday’s closing price. The name has a current market capitalization of $273.65 billion.

As for passive income investors, the company pays shareholders $1.79 per share annually in dividends, yielding 2.60%. Five year average dividend yield currently stands at 4.40%.

TCP International Holdings Ltd. (TCPI) had its rating lowered from ‘Overweight‘ to ‘Neutral‘ by analysts at Piper Jaffray on Monday. Currently there are 4 analysts that rate TCPI a ‘Buy’. No analyst rates it a ‘Sell’ or a ‘Hold’.

TCPI was up $0.05 at $2.79 in mid-day trade, moving within a 52-week range of $2.60 to $11.40. The name, valued at $77.27 million, opened at $3.20.

On valuation measures, TCP International Holdings Ltd. shares are currently priced at 7.06x this year’s forecasted earnings. Ticker has a t-12 price/sales ratio of 0.17. EPS for the same period registers at $0.40.

Isis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (ISIS) was downgraded by analysts at Stifel from a ‘Buy‘ rating to a ‘Hold‘ rating in a research report issued to clients on Monday.

ISIS closed at $68.56 on Friday and is currently trading down $2.64.

In the past 52 weeks, shares of Carlsbad, California-based company have traded between a low of $22.25 and a high of $75.24 and are now trading at $65.92. Shares are up 21.62% year-over-year and 11.05% year-to-date.
