According to a study conducted by Reputation Institute, a private global consulting firm based in New York, the Walt Disney Company (DIS) and Google Inc (GOOGL) have the best corporate reputations around the world with consumers. The findings were based on the consulting firm’s process of interviewing more than 55,000 consumers across the 15 largest markets in the world between January 2014 and February 2014, that ranked the world’s 100 most prominent companies ; all multinational businesses with a global presence. In total, ten companies that have successfully established strong international names for themselves landed in the top 10 this year.
