Frontline proposes five-for-one share split

OSLO, Aug 25 - Oil tanker shipping group Frontline said on Monday it would ask a shareholders' meeting in September to approve a five-for-one share split to boost liquidity of the stock.

Frontline (FRO) will propose to the Sept. 19 annual general meeting to split its 125 million ordinary shares into 625 million, the Oslo and New York-listed company said.
