Sorry to seem joyous on this one, by the way guys (and especially, NOT towards long holders of this one, because I feel for them DEEPLY right now!), but I got badly burned by their half-truths and obsfucations a few months ago and so yes, I am a bit happy to see them get their come-uppance...

Huge rebound off the $15 low! Now in the $17's...if I were bolder, I'd have gone long lol.

I believe I am one of the mortgagees that should be included in the lawsuit against Countrywide/BoA, regarding improper lending of subprime mortgages. do you know who to contact to discuss refinance or restructure of my loan? I currently have a ARM due to expire in two years. I live in Georgia, but my loan payment goes to Countrywide in Texas? Thank you
